Before you combine PDFs.
How do I choose the page order?
Add at least two PDFs, then use Up and Down beside each file. The merged PDF follows the file list from top to bottom, while pages inside each source PDF keep their existing order.
How many PDFs can I merge?
The limit depends on the current device profile. BeanNest shows the active file, page, and combined-size limits directly above the merge controls before you start processing.
Can I merge encrypted or damaged PDFs?
No. Encrypted PDFs are rejected because this tool cannot modify them, and unreadable or damaged PDFs are stopped before the merge begins. For an encrypted file you control, saving an unencrypted copy first may make it usable here.
Will forms, links, and signatures still work?
Do not assume they will. BeanNest copies PDF pages into a new document, but document-level features such as forms, bookmarks, annotations, attachments, metadata, and digital signatures can change or be lost. Review the result and keep the originals when those features matter.
