What can I edit in this PDF editor?
Select pages to move them left or right, rotate them, duplicate or remove them, or resize them to A4, Letter, Legal, or their original size. You can also add a blank page, import pages from more PDFs, extract the current selection, and undo or redo page-plan changes.
Can I edit existing PDF text or images?
No. BeanNest PDF Editor works at the page level. It does not rewrite existing text, replace images, edit vector objects, or modify annotations inside the source page. If the job is page organization, this keeps the capability boundary clear instead of pretending to be a full content editor.
Can I combine pages from multiple PDFs?
Yes. Open one or more PDFs, then use Import PDF or drop more PDF files into the active workspace. Imported pages join the same page plan, so you can reorder them alongside pages from the original sources before one export.
What does Extract selected do?
Extract selected rebuilds only the pages currently selected in the workspace. Export edited PDF rebuilds the full page plan. Both create a new PDF and verify the output before the download link is shown.
How does page resizing work inside the editor?
Selected pages can use A4, US Letter, US Legal, or their original page size. Contain keeps the whole source page inside the target area, Cover and crop can clip page edges, and Stretch can change proportions. Margins reduce the placement area inside the chosen target page.
Will forms, links, bookmarks, or signatures survive?
Do not assume they will. Editor export creates a new PDF, and forms, links, annotations, bookmarks, attachments, metadata, accessibility structure, and digital signatures can change or be lost. Existing signatures may become invalid. Cover-mode clipping is not redaction.
Does the editor overwrite or upload my originals?
No source file is overwritten. The current workflow keeps selected PDF data in browser memory while you build the page plan, then creates a separate output for download. The page shows the active file, page, output, history, and thumbnail limits for the current device profile.
